CAHRS ONLINE WEBCAST 12:00-12:45PM (EST)

The design of workplaces is top of mind in both industry and academia, and rightfully so. Design choices have been shown to have drastic impact on productivity, employee satisfaction, and even employee health and well-being. At the same time, there remain many questions about how to most effectively manage workplace design and the appropriate role of HR in this process.

In this webcast, CAHRS research assistants Rachel Allen, Nate Adams, and Emeka Ojukwu will summarize key trends, challenges, and opportunities in the area of workplace design that emerged from their interviews with CAHRS partner companies and other leading experts.  They will address a variety of topics including the strategic factors underlying workplace design choices, the processes that companies are using to guide workplace redesign efforts and manage the changes, trends in remote work, and how companies are measuring the impact of workplace design.

Brad Bell, faculty Director of CAHRS and Professor of Human Resource Studies at the ILR School, Cornell University, will serve as moderator of this webcast.  As with all of our webcasts, the CAHRS RAs will take time to address questions and comments submitted by attendees.
