Over the last few years, interest in HR analytics has grown considerably. Recent case studies suggest that analytics-based insights have been critical to improving workforce retention, efficiency, and productivity. However, developing analytics capabilities is not without challengesasking the right questions, collecting the right data, and gaining buy-in from colleagues are just some of the potential obstacles to execution.
