While many companies say that they need and want entrepreneurial talent, there is growing evidence that established companies are not hiring founders or the employees of entrepreneurial firms. Why? Is it that entrepreneurial people are not seeing positions in established firms, or is it that corporate hiring practices are misaligned with this segment of the labor force? In this webcast Diane Burton, Associate Professor and Chair, Department of Human Resource Studies, ILR School, Cornell University will explore the opportunities and challenges of hiring entrepreneurial talent.
