Session 1: Future of Work After COVID-19; Tuesday, December 1: 12:00-2:00pm (EST)
This session will feature CAHRS research and CAHRS partner company representatives on the future of work.  We will examine how companies are creating, adjusting, and communicating their long term hybrid work strategy in consideration of the pandemic and its impact on the way we think about future of work and talent.  In addition, we will discuss the key steps HR leaders need to take to ensure the success of these strategies.

Session 2: The Role of HR and Line Leaders in Addressing Employee Stress and Mental Well-Being, Tuesday, December 8: 12:00-2:00pm (EST)
This session will feature CAHRS Research Assistants and CAHRS partner company representatives sharing insights on addressing challenges of employee mental health and well-being during the COVID-19 Crisis.  The CAHRS RAs will share findings, insights, and best practices from their CAHRS Benchmarking study on the role of line leaders in addressing employee mental health and well-being, including roles that line leaders are being asked to play, how companies are preparing these leaders to take on these new roles, and how companies are helping line leaders to manage their own stress and mental health.  In addition, Executives from several CAHRS companies will present unique and innovative new practices that they have been deploying to help address employee stress and mental health challenges.
