The most prevalent HR operating model has been in place for many years, using the same framework of HR shared services, centers of excellence and strategic HR business partnering. During the COVID-19 pandemic, companies’ approaches to their businesses and workforces has changed, necessitating HR to modify its approach and practices. CAHRS recently conducted a virtual working group to better understand how CAHRS partners have shifted their model and/or practices as a result of the pandemic.
In this webcast moderated by William J. Conaty Professor and CAHRS Academic Director Brad Bell, CAHRS Executive Director Beth Flynn-Ferry will share key takeaways that may help CAHRS partner companies as they continue to evolve their HR practices.
