As the COVID-19 pandemic has forced much of corporate training to move online, questions have arisen as to the effectiveness of virtual learning and whether this shift should reflect a temporary or long-term strategy.  In this webcast, CAHRS Academic Director and William J. Conaty Professor Brad Bell will examine what we know about the effectiveness of virtual learning and discuss some of the issues and opportunities that should be considered when shifting from traditional to virtual learning.  There will be an opportunity for attendees to share their own perspectives and ask questions during the webcast.
