CAHRScast - 12:00-1:00pm (ET)

As we get closer to the resolution of the COVID-19 pandemic, companies are focusing greater attention on preparing for the post-pandemic reality.  Indeed, a recent CAHRS survey revealed that post-pandemic work and workplace planning is a top priority item for HR leaders heading into 2021. In this webcast, Rebecca Kehoe, Professor of HR Studies, Chris Collins, Professor of HR Studies and Director of ILR Graduate Studies, and Brad Bell, CAHRS Academic Director and William J. Conaty Professor, will share insights and lessons on post-pandemic work and workplace that have been generated from a series of CAHRS virtual working groups conducted during Spring 2021.  Topics to be covered include how companies are preparing for the return to the office, helping employees navigate the transition, developing their hybrid work strategies, and resetting their cultures. There will be an opportunity for attendees to share their own experiences and ask questions during the webcast.
