As organizations strive for more effective practices in the area of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), one of the challenges for organizations has been responding to societal and team expectations to “demonstrate” and live their DE&I values. With the recent calls for racial justice, new variations of demographic and workplace equalities, as well as existing commitments to diversity, DE&I and HR leaders have been facing this with more urgency and frequency than ever before. During this webcast, Tony Byers, Cornell ILR Senior Extension Faculty, will share DE&I themes that companies are wrestling with in this space.  There will be an opportunity for attendees to share their own experiences and ask questions during this webcast.
