Please plan to join us for the CAHRS Fall VIRTUAL Partner Meeting "Leading HR in a Changing World on Thursday, December 15.

The world of work has dramatically transformed over the last several years and HR has been at the very core--responding to COVID-19, moving to new modes of work and dealing with the changing labor market. This has created the need for employee value propositions to shift and organizations to lead the rebuild of community and culture in a hybrid world. In addition, companies are re-examining their business models and structures to accelerate growth in the changing environment.

The purpose of this CAHRS Partner Meeting will be to examine how organizations have been leading their organizations through these various changes. Presenters will share their current work, providing insight into a number of important issues, including actions, practices, tools, and approaches that HR can use to increase its impact on the organization in a rapidly changing world.
