CAHRScast - Total Rewards Landscape

As the workplace continues to evolve, so does the approach that companies are taking to their employee pay and benefits.  In this CAHRScast, Professors M. Diane Burton and Tae-Youn Park  will discuss emerging trends and topics in total rewards.  They will share insights from two recent CAHRS working groups, one focused on how Covid-19 impacted compensation practices and another on innovative rewards practices.  They will highlight how companies are adjusting to inflationary environments and hybrid work.  They will also share examples of creative benefits programs.  Lastly, they will  discuss how companies are adapting to new pay transparency mandates.

Attendees will have an opportunity to submit questions and comments during the webcast.
