The COVID-19 pandemic, Great Resignation, shifting work models, and a host of other recent developments have prompted companies to reconsider their talent strategy and how they manage the talent lifecycle. Given this, it is not surprising that a recent CAHRS survey found that talent management is a top priority for HR leaders in 2023. Over the past few months, CAHRS has conducted numerous working groups to examine the trends and issues shaping talent planning, attraction, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention.  In this webcast, HR Studies Professors Brad Bell, Chris Collins, John Hausknecht, and Rebecca Kehoe will share insights and lessons learned from these working groups and the implications for the future of talent management in an ever-changing world. There will be an opportunity for attendees to share their own experiences and ask questions during the webcast.
